Customer Service Representative
Haiku Games is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who can efficiently respond to our players’ issues with a positive attitude. We are the company behind the popular Adventure Escape series that has been played by tens of millions of players. The series melds the devilish puzzles of an escape game with the story-driven experience of a point and click adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
We are considering candidates with a range of work experience, and compensation is commensurate with experience. We’re a small company now, so we don’t have a lot of process or paperwork. You will likely be the only person focused solely on Customer Service. We want to hire someone who enjoys the chaos and quick pace of a small company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support requests that come from a wide variety of different channels (for example, email, Facebook, or app store reviews).
- Understand the player’s request and determine if it is a bug that they are facing, a misunderstanding of an aspect of our game, or a suggestion for how we can improve
- Report bugs in our bug tracking software and compile player suggestions
- Reproduce bugs to provide developers with more information on the issue
- Become an expert in our games to better be able to respond to player issues
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- English native-level fluency
- Positive and kind attitude towards our players
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Proficient with Zendesk
- Experience filing bugs in a bug tracking system
- Worked at a game company
- Loves adventure games, escape rooms, or puzzle games.
